There are three types of email, based on the users' answer to question 1:
Email 1 if the user chooses option 1, 2 or 3 in question 1
Email 2 if the user chooses option 4, 5 or 6 in question 1
Email 3 if the user chooses option 7, 8 or 9 in question 1
There is no email sent if the user chooses option 10
