Welcome to the Request a Room page. These pages are designed
for staff of the University of Exeter to make room booking requests, hence authentication is required.
Students may also sign-in, but will only be able to request bookings on behalf of a Guild Society
(these bookings are only permitted outside of teaching hours, i.e. after 6:30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, 5:30 pm on Fridays
and 12:30pm on a Wednesdays. Only the Forum is bookable on weekends, between 9am and 5pm). Students wishing to request bookings during teaching
hours (for course related activity only) should see the alternative methods below.
If you are external to the University please see the alternative methods below.
NB: University Staff wishing to make a booking request for non-University business,
i.e. an event that should not be charged to a University of Exeter
School/Service/Department account (e.g. for an External Organisation, Company,
Conference or for Personal Use) should email
roombookings@ex.ac.uk, clearly
stating the details of the event, please
do not sign-in to use this online facility.
