Student Fees

Fee collection and debt management
Tuition fee invoicing and adjustments, including fines
Accommodation fee invoicing and adjustments
Tuition and accommodation fee deposits
Student Sponsor accounts
Student accounts in relation to tuition fee loans
Student withdrawals and interrupptions
Fee discounts and waivers
Applying the University’s student debt penalties and sanctions
Referring student cases to external debt recovery agents.

Student Funding

Administering the Access to Exeter Bursary Scheme and the Dangoor Scholarship Scheme.
The payment of monies to students – e.g. scholarships and bursaries.
Deal with enquiries regarding student loans and help for part-time students with a low income.
Operates the Access to Learning Fund, including emergency loans
Administers the TDA trainee teacher bursaries
Operates the Fund for International Students in Hardship (FISH)
Operates the Special Student Emergency Loan Scheme (SELS)
Administers the US Federal Aid to US students and Canadian loan students
