They are located in Northcote House, on the Streatham campus in Exeter and students may visit our enquiry counters between 9.00 and 5.00 on weekdays for help. For students based at our Tremough Campus, please visit: www.exeter.ac.uk/cornwall For PCMD students, you can also visit: www.pcmd.ac.uk. Student Finance is divided into two teams:
Student FeesThis team deals with all enquiries relating to the payment of Tuition fees, accommodation charges and any other fees to the University. They also deal with the payment of student expenses, Post graduate bursaries and scholarships. However, the team’s primary function is to collect all student debt owing to the University, therefore if you are not able to meet the payment deadlines you must contact the Student Fees Team as soon as possible - if you do not do this, they may take action to recover the money. This may include suspension of IT and library access and non registration for continuing students. Cases can also be referred to external debt recovery agents and/or legal action. Students in debt are not awarded a qualification and all debts to the University are pursued. If you are experiencing problems, the team will be happy to discuss your situation with you and offer any advice or support that may help. The Fees Team counter is open 9:00 until 5:00 Monday to Friday, or please contact us on 01392 263409 or email us on fees@exeter.ac.uk. Student FundingThis team deals with student funding: student loans (including US and Canadian loans), the Access to Learning Fund, Access to Exeter Bursaries, administration of trainee teacher bursaries and financial help for students in difficulties, as well as help for part-time students with a low income. If you are experiencing financial hardship and need to apply for help application forms are available from this office.
