HEFCE "Delivering More with Less"Welcome to the pages for the Delivering More with Less project. The project will carry out research into how managers in different sectors (e.g. Private, public, HE) have successfully delivered efficiencies. From this, the project aims to provide an accessible set of learning resources to help managers deliver more with less. The project is supported by HEFCE's Leadership, Governance and Management (LGM) fund, and will be completed by February 2012. The project is led by the University of Exeter working in collaboration with three other UK Universities: the University for the Creative Arts, University College Falmouth, and the University of Sussex. The rationale for the project is the difficult economic climate, and the need for the HE sector to find efficiencies. These web pages are designed to give you an insight into the project.
