TRAC Time Allocation ScheduleIf you have a question about anything, please contact the TRAC and TAS team at: Apart from a small alteration described below, there have been no visible changes to the system since Period 3 2007-08 (October 2008). Neither have there been any changes to the instructions given in the guidance. The TAS form has been altered to show a description of the activities relevant to each line when your mouse pointer hovers over the input fields. This was previously accessed by clicking the help symbol [?]. The system was upgraded in 2008 to allow proper access for our colleagues at PCMD. Their inclusion into the system was phased to follow the rest of the University. For a note to PCMD staff, see PCMD Welcome. For more information about the changes made in the Period 3 2007-08 collection (October 2008), see New Features. For staff with more than one position, see Details for Staff with more than one position. The system is fully electronic. Just log in through the secure portal, fill in the boxes and click the Finish button. If you need to fill in a TAS form, you will automatically receive an email alert. To complete your TAS form, just click here to go to the WebTAS login page A big "Thank you" to everyone who completes them. The current collection exercise is for the academic year 2010-11, with 3 periods based on Term/Vacation times:
Instructions, forms, guidance notes and an aide-memoire can all be found on the TAS Tools and Guidance pages.
