Who we areThe team comprises former members of Buildings & Estate Services with expertise in construction project management, building surveying, mechanical and electrical engineering, construction health and safety, space amangement, estate management and strategic planning. EDS manages capital project delivery for all University projects that are over £25,000 in value and require management under the CDM (Construction Design and Management) regulations. View our 'What We Do' diagram. Smaller projects and planned and reactive maintenance are managed by Property Services. |
