Recruitment

We work with all CS departments to attract and retain appropriately skilled and qualified staff.

Information for Staff

There are a range of recruitment related documents available form the navigation panel on the left for staff only including:

• Recruitment Guides
  Advice for internal candidates and advice for Managers including information on giving references, work experience and casual employment.
• Interview Guides
  Information on carrying out interviews for operational posts.
• Medical Questionnaires
  Medical Questionnaires should be completed and clearance be given before an employee commences employment. To ensure you are using an up to date form click here to download the latest version. The first page of the form should be completed by the Line Manager on behalf of the candidate. Questionnaires should be sealed (by the candidate) in a pre-labelled envelope . (if you are unable to use this template you can create your own but make sure all the text is included).
