Customer FeedbackFeedback from our customers gives Corporate Services opportunities to learn and improve. We value feedback about our services and recognise the right of our customers to make a complaint, compliment or suggestion about our services. We are committed to using customer feedback to improve our services and focus on the needs of our customers. We collect customer feedback both on an ad-hoc basis and through structured questionnaires, surveys, mystery shoppers and focus groups. The Quality Assurance team can provide advice on various aspects of the customer feedback process for users within Corporate Services. We have clearly defined Customer Feedback Schedules for each business area within Corporate Services but are happy to discuss additional research that may be required. We are committed to providing a dedicated service to Corporate Services and supporting all the business areas in their work towards achieving the Customer First UK standard.
