In-Tend - Electronic Tendering System
'In-Tend' is the university's system for managing ' invitations to tender' (ITT),
'requests for quotation' (RFQ), e-auctions and contracts in a clear and
simple way. The system consists of 3 modules:
- eTendering;
- Contract Management; &
- Active Bidding (eAuction).

How can I access In-Tend ?

Access to the 'live' version of the 'In-Tend' Organiser to manage tender projects / contract records. |

Access to the 'training' version of the In-Tend Organiser. |
| Supplier Portal |
This link shows the portal where tender projects are published and suppliers can express interest (EOI), send / receive correspondence and upload their bids. Contract details are published for 'Freedom of Information' purposes and allow new suppliers to express interest in a current contract. The portal also allows secure exchange of contractual documentation / correspondence. |
